Your splash page is too messy. I like the enter graphic though but it would look nicer if it had a border around it, like a 1px black border.
You should put the buttons for the sites you're nominated at into a link with a pop-up window, that way you'll still have them on your splash page but it'll look less messy!
Loading time was fine.
Layout: (12/20)
I'm not a big fan of white layouts, they shine too much in my eyes. I would have preferred if you had used a different background not necessarily only 1 colours, maybe try with a striped background to break all the white.
The header is nice, although the effects almost makes his face fade away, a shame seeing as he is a handsome man.
The iframe doesn't fit in 1024x768!! Always make sure that your layout fit in a all screen resolutions, I'm going to take a few points off because of that. I'm not a big fan of iframes either you should try and have a look at php, it will make everything easier for you and the visitors.
Also I don't really like the way that you've put the affiliates. It looks very messy because the button for Westlife-Planet is bigger than the others, you should also take the two bottom ones higher up so that the link for more affiliates stands under the buttons.

The typical information for a fan site what we can read on any westlife site, am not impressed. You should try and be a little more original find some more information about the man, it's really not that hard.
Fans/fun:
You should get some more in this section, there's a lack of creativity here. Maybe get some creative interaction to keep your visitors busy. It gets a little boring with only games.
Gallery:
Nice gallery with good pictures but I think the pictures takes too long time to load.
Www:
Got what it needs. You haven't credited for all your pictures, you should that it's a very important thing to credit for the things you use!
It's good with a contact form but the form is stretching the page, change that.

You've put up a link for your 'Shane's Toungue Fanlist' into to your fan section, where it should not be. You should make a section under 'www' where you can put all your hostees.
And in the music section, why is there links to the release page on westlife.com? You should just
put your lyrics in here it would make more sense.
What are the link for your 'Shane's Tongue Fanlisting' doing in the fans/fun section? It shouldn't be there! Put it under 'www' in a section for you hostees.

First of all you got my code on that's 2 points out of five already! You have to remove the purple border
on some of your links. You also have to change the direction for the blends of the month (so that people will
see the right full sized blend. In the gallery you have a link to the tour pics, but when you click on the back link of the tour
pics page you send the visitors the whole way back to the Shane section.
We've checked your html and it looks messy!

The graphics are average graphics I guess, nothing that I find too impressive. Try to read some tutorials and work a little on your graphic skills.
The blends are stretching the iframe it doesn't look good. Try to make the blends into thumbnails and open them up in a new window, it'll look a lot better.

As I've said before there's not really anything that I can't find on other Shane Filan sites. I don't think there's very much creativity in the site and not enough information. You got many silly mistakes and broken links which I personally think, that if you're really dedicated to your site and visitors, should not even be there. I'd recommend that you sit down and clean up your entire site! The html needs a little fixing while you're at it.
