First Look: (8/10)
Took quite quick to load, and the colour combinations are quite alright. The top pictures looks quite old but they're actually gorgeous so I don't really mind. First impression? A quite neat, normal fansite. The delicate layout also convinced me to stay a little while more as it meant the webmistress had put in some effort.

Layout: (15/20)
A very typical layout. Won't say it is very original but it is not too plain either. I like the purple theme you choose.
Just some minor points to take note of..

  • If someone looks carefully at the top graphic like I did, he/she would be able to see that the picture had not been done properly. The brush you used to give the pictures a misty feeling looks great, but it did not fully cover the picture, especially at the right side. There is an obvious line down. This is easy to overcome, just enlarge the brush a little and it'd do wonders. (Unless of course, that line there is put there on purpose)
  • You might also want to put a border around your tagboard as it looks quite 'bodiless'. The colour of the smilies does not fit in with the colour scheme of the page as well.
  • Your top navigation bar, in my opinion, is too small and looks too insignificant.
  • You should put a border around the thumbnails you show in your updates. I think you might be able to use CSS with .image {border:1px solid black} so that all your image will automatically have a border. And perhaps, resize the pictures proportionately so they do not look distorted.
  • I would also encourage you to change your font so that they're consistent. The fonts for your title, news body, and comments are different. If I am not wrong, you're using CuteNews. Just go to Options>Templates and change the html there.
  • Gallery: The fonts are too light and blends in too much with the background. I could hardly read the words. Maybe you should change them to a darker-green colour.

Other then that, I really like the rest of the site navigation especially with the cute icons beside them.

Content: (19/20)
Lots of things about Mark. You have everything a fansite should have, and a couple bit more. I like the sunglasses collection. But perhaps, there is always room for a little bit more!

Organisation: (10/10)
Yup! Neat and tidy! Loves it.

Errors: (8/10)
I must admit I am not very good at English myself and you might want to consult the correct versions with a native English speaker. But here are some grammatical mistakes I spotted.

  • '101 things you didn't knew' - I think it should be 'know'
  • 'A little collection of his sunglasses!' - Might be giving people the wrong idea. Perhaps you should put it is just pictures?
  • 'Mark tells about his christmas' - Sounds weird to me. Should be 'talks about' maybe?
No linking errors as far as I can see.

Coding: (3/5)
Did not see any link back to the site. (Or did I miss it?). Your coding looks quite neat to me and you use PHP - which I love.

Graphics: (9/10)
Your avatars are beautiful and your wallpapers (and other graphics) are interesting too! The only 1 mark I am taking off here is for your header image.

Unique: (2/5)
I must say it is quite interesting but there is not much that seperates it from a normal fansite. It is everything a fansite should be, but not much more. The 2 marks I am giving is for the fans section because they're really interesting and quite original.

Overall: (5/7)
It is definately a good site, and no doubt about the amount of effort you had put in. It has everything I would want from a Mark site and there are quite a lot of interesting things to look at.

Bonus: (2/3)
I like your gallery, your Mark section (which is the most important thing) and your interactive section. And you actually update more than me!

Final Score: (81/100)
Percentage: 81%
