First Look: (10/10)
I have to say, your site has a really great first look. It's clean, pretty, and classic. I haven't seen a layout like this in a while. I love the style of your layout. Normally I would mention a patterned background, but for some reason this layout looks great without a pattern behind it all. It would improve it, but it looks fine without it.
Layout: (17/20)
My main complaint is the background. On most of your pages you can see it and it just doesn't look very good. I think you should make the actual background what you see on your blog (just the white with the black border). You don't need anything else, because it looks fine on the blog, but with the other background it looks horrible. I'm also taking points off because you didn't make your layout, you need to make your own. I'm sure you know that, but right now I'm reviewing a layout made by someone else on your site. Note that next time you apply for a review. ;D Oh! I also think you should put your site name (and possibly URL) on your layouts so no one tries to steal them.

Moi
Your Me page was pretty interesting. I enjoyed it even if it was a little perverted. I also enjoyed Charactors page. I like when people explain their friends, I also enjoyed reading that. Now, your Fan Fiction page was interesting too, but really perverted. I really recommend either giving a warning or something letting viewers know that what you're talking about will be perverted. I was very shocked when I started reading it. I went to the site you linked (for the Harry Potter fan fic), and there was a lot of perverted things there. A lot of people will judge you because of that. Oh, and by the way, I'm also extremely ticklish. I almost knocked out my brother's front teeth when he was tickling me when I was little. And last, your Pictures. They're really great, but I suggest you either link them or something because now they're popping out of the layout and it looks a little funny. It would also be nice if you described some of the things in the pictures. Overall, not a bad section, could use more pages, and a little perverted.
You
This is an overall pretty good section. Your reviews are interesting to read, and your fanfic (although I didn't read hardly any of it) sounds good. Who would've known George would be a heartbreaker? I'm going to suggest you add some more to this section like maybe some more information on Fanfics or write out some tips for a good Fanfic. Once again, I love the reviews, so add some more!
Site
Your past layouts are interesting, it just needs to be updated. With your Awards and Gifts page, I have a major suggestion. Just make two links, one to the award and one to the place where you got the award. You could make it look something like this.
It will make that entire page look a lot cleaner, and you can link your award with the site you won it at. It makes a lot more sense that what you're currently doing in my opinion. Your about page should really just be called Copyright or Disclaimer because it's not really talking about your website directly, it's more of a copyright notice. It would be nice if you added an about page though that did talk completely about how your website was created, why it was created, etc. so you can expand more on that. After that I see that you do have an about page, your history! So scratch what I said earlier and just expand a lot more on your history because it's not very long.
Exits
The last section is exits. My main concern is that there is a lot that has to load on this page so you might want to make mention of that, or just put each section here in it's own page and on your exits page add a warning letting people know that this section is image heavy. Those that have dial-up might hate you if you freeze their computer with all these images. Haha
Overall, it needs more. After about a half an hour I had gone through each section and wanted to leave. So as a reviewer and a visitor, I'm suggesting that you add a lot more to your site. I mentioned some ideas you can use and I think you should take them into some consideration.
Errors: (6/10)
I found quite a few grammatical and spelling errors. You should go through your pages. I noticed things like confuzed, and shes instead of she's. I can tell you're really smart from the vocabulary you use, but people will get a bad opinion of you if you continue to have all of these errors.
Coding: (5/5)
I didn't find any coding things that I would absolutely fix, so here I'm just going to praise you for using PHP. I'm going to suggest that you change your centering codes to this, but it's not absolutely necessary. <div align="center">Text You Want Centered Goes here</div>

Graphics: (9/10)
The only graphic you have is your layout, and I already graded that. I suggest you to add some free graphics for your visitors, even if it's just a gift from you for visiting your site. In the web design world now adays, people like to see graphics and everyone loves things like gifts.
Unique: (5/5)
Your site is very unique, but still has the basics which makes it nice. I still like the idea of reviews and fanfics.
Overall: (4/7)
Well, overall, I wasn't really impressed. You had some great ideas, but after reading everything there wasn't anything I'd be willing to return for other than reviews. If I was a fan of fanfics I would return to read yours as it continues, but other than that, there wasn't a lot here. I really think, as I've mentioned numerous times, that you should add some more content. Whether it be free graphics, some tutorials on fanfics, more fanfics, or just some more information on yourself. Anything could improve your site. You have a great set of content right now, but you just need more. You have the quality thing down, now try and get the quantity.
