First Look: (8/10)
The first thing I see is a splash page. My biggest complaint is the quality of the image on your splash, it's very blurry. It's probubly a lot more clear on other computers, but on this computer it looks very blurry. I checked to see what type of file it was, and it's a jpg. Now, you can either save it as a High Quality JPG (using programs like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro), save it as a GIF, or save it as a smaller PNG. I'd also change the font for Enter from Felix Girls to something like Trebuchet MS so it will match the rest of the text on your image.
Layout: (18/20)
Oh good, finally a person with just one layout. Haha.. Ok, well, again I'm going to mention the quality, it's blurry still. With this image, it's a lot more noticeable, especially around the text. Again, I don't really like the Felix Girls text here. Everything else is a little more..grunge.. not cute. I'd recommend you to either make the entire layout brighter/lighter and use the Felix Girls font, or keep everything darker and use the Trebuchet MS font for everything. Sticking with just one font, or font family, looks a lot more neat than using more than one. If they weren't so different it would be fine. Overally, you used a great setup and everything looks very classy. You're also taking advantage of very clean lines! I love the little swirlies that you used on both sides of the navigation, it looks spectacular.
Content: (18/20) About
You have a lot of great content here, but you also have a lot of what I like to call "filler" content like your Name Meaning page, Birth Flower, etc. Your information should be straight forward and completely about him and must only relate directly to him (like Biography, things about his wedding, etc.). Overall, this is a fantasic section.
Music
I can't find anything to really say is wrong with this section, although, you could merge a few pages into one. Or split his band and his solo CDs and such up in seperate subcategories. You have more than one page dealing with number 1 songs, so you could probubly put the two into one. I know it makes you look like you have less, but most would rather see one long page than like 3 very short pages. =) Of course, that's a very minor thing and not really necessary.
Gallery
Of course I'm not grading this section, I just wanted to comment on how nice your gallery is. Fansites with good galleries are almost always successful.
Graphics
The first thing I notice are the extreme capital letters--use bold instead, right now I feel like I'm being yelled at. Strong (or more commonly known as bold) letters catch the viewers eyes better and seem a lot more friendly! And people love friendly webmasters (or webmistresses in your case). The biggest problem I'm seeing in this section is loading time. Now, I'm have a very, very fast cable modem and it's taking my computer about 2-3 minutes to load each avatar page, you need to fix that somehow. Maybe make a different page for each subsection of avatars for the viewer to click so they don't have to view them all at once? Most of your pages are running this slow, but your blends run very quickly and almost instantly. From what I can see, this section is up to date and in check.
Fun
There isn't much here, but just about everything here is so creative and original. Originality is a key player in having a popular fansite. This section will keep your visitors returning and keep them busy. This section is flawless.
Web
You have everything you should have here, but I do have one complaint. Make a page called Reviews, and link each review on it rather than linking them all seperately in this section. It will keep things more organized and it will look a whole lot nicer and smarter.
Errors: (10/10)
I don't even think I saw one error. I might have seen one or two very small spelling errors, but if I did I don't remember them at all.
Coding: (4/5)
Your coding could use some improvement. You're using IFrames, and you should really switch over to PHP. It's a lot easier to use and makes you, as a webdesigner, look better to other webdesigners. People don't like IFrames.
Graphics: (8/10)
Your graphics are a little plain and could use some more effects or things like textures, gradients, etc. (which I noticed on some, but not on others). I noticed that some of your blends were better than your current layout, so maybe update your layout a little? I love the way you have your site setup, so try to keep that similar because right now it's just gorgeous.
Unique: (5/5)
You're fansite is so original, it's really nice to look at.
Overall: (5/7)
My biggest complaint: your graphics. Some are a little blurry, others are clear. Some are a little plain, others aren't. Try to keep them consistant and all completely up to date. And watch out for blurriness. Blurry images can turn off visitors right away without them even viewing the content at all.

Finding the link back was very obvious and easy to get to! Another plus about your site, the navigation is fantastic!
