I have absolute no idea who this man is, but after reading your welcome message I'm already starting to get information.
I like the layout, very neat and simple with colours that are easy on your eyes. So overall first impression, a neat and normal fansite.

Layout: (16/20)

I have to admit, I really like your layout! Of course it always helps that I'm very found of the colour blue. I like that you've used a pattern around your layout, as it helps breaking all the one colour scheme that most people have going. If the background had just been all grey or blue I'd probably have found it more boring.
The gallery is another matter.. I know that you can change the layouts of the 4images Galleries, which I deffiantly think you should! I'd be so much better if you used some of the great pictures you got and made a layout for you gallery. If you find it hard to edit the layout of 4images then you can always use a Coppermine Gallery (use it myself) which is very easy and fast to edit.

I had no idea who this man was when I came on your site but after reading your pages I know now. I do think that you could find some more information about Marques though. As the information pages is right now, I think it's lacking..
Your gallery is very neat and contains loads of good pictures. A good download section as well, I like that.
The only thing that I'm missing is some interactive section and maybe some games, to keep the visitors busy!

I had espected way more than what I got, but still I like the site and it has obviously been made by somebody who's very dedicated. I'm not impressed by the information you're giving, you can find more than that.. it might take some hard work but it's worth it.
Add some more content, your might give a good first impression but your site gets very easily boring! I wouldn't visit it again..
