I don't like your layout! It's to dark!! I also think that your columns at the left are messy, you use so many links in those columns that it looks all messed up!

As I said, i don't like this layout! You might wanna try doing a totally different layout, because this one is messy. Altough I do like the rose with that background, this fits perfect but the overall layout is too messy for me!

Very well organized, but like I said before it gives a messy look!! You use all separate links in just two columns. It might be better to use different pages for different things like a page "FOR YOU" with every content for your visitors!
